Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Utana's car rental platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use Utana, you must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license. Some vehicle categories may have additional age requirements. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Vehicle Use

Rented vehicles must be used in accordance with local traffic laws and regulations. The following are prohibited:

• Using the vehicle for illegal purposes
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
• Taking the vehicle outside agreed-upon territories without permission
• Using the vehicle for commercial purposes without prior agreement

5. Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance coverage is included with all rentals. You may be held liable for damages not covered by insurance, including but not limited to damages resulting from negligence or violation of these terms.

6. Payment

Payment is processed securely through our platform. The total rental cost includes the daily rate, any selected extras, and applicable taxes. Security deposits may be required and will be refunded upon return of the vehicle in good condition.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Utana shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the rental agency is located.
